Application

If you are applying for a mailbox by email or by phone, we will need to have a good copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID, plus an additional id.  The application will need to be Notarized also. If you will be coming into the store at some point to pick up your mail, disregard this message.  (This only applies to you if you are applying from out of the area and will want your mail forwarded to you.)

The mailbox rental application and agreement is four pages long.  It is in jpg format and may be viewed and printed by many programs.
